A template is a digital inspection form. Just like how you have different inspection forms for different types of inspections or properties, you can have different templates. When you begin an inspection, you’ll choose which template you want to use. Templates are specific to folders and can be used for any property within the same folder.

Your account will be pre-loaded with a template for periodic inspections. This template contains all the sections and items necessary to inspect in a home. You can use and edit this template to suit your needs.

3. Choose your folder
4. Click Templates
5. Select Browse Template Library. You can browse templates by Industry.
6. When you find a template you like, tap Get in the top right corner and it will be added to your Templates list
