No Wi-Fi? No Problem!

If you’ve been out in the field all day without a solid internet connection, you can continue to sync when you get back online.

  • The total number of items that need to be synced will appear in the top left, in the Cloud Activity
  • In order to upload to the cloud and sync, make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection
  • Once you do, your data should begin syncing automatically, if not-- you can tap the Sync button in the top right to jumpstart the process
  • Check both data and photo streams to make sure they’re up-to-date
  • The total number of items that need to sync will appear as a number at the top left of the Cloud window
  • If you have a lot of photos they could take several minutes to upload

On Android devices, you'll need to have Background Sync enabled.

  • The location of Background Sync can vary, depending on your device
  • It can generally be found in your device Settings menu
  • If you have a hard time finding the setting, type "[device model], background sync enabled" into a search engine, such as Google
