What if you’ve already performed an inspection for the same unit, and you want to use the same template? Or, what if you want to perform a Move-Out inspection?

In this case, to begin your inspection:

1. Choose Copy a Previous Inspection
2. In the bottom left corner, you’ll see Copy Options. Your selections here determine which information is carried over into your new inspection
3. Choose the data you’d like to duplicated in your new inspection
4. Now, choose the inspection you’d like to duplicate and a new inspection will populate

As you can imagine, this is especially handy when you’re inspecting a unit that hasn’t changed much since the last time it was inspected.
